Former First Lady Melania Trump has embraced cutting-edge technology by releasing an AI-powered audiobook version of her memoir. The innovative audio edition launched on May 22, 2025, using ElevenLabs voice technology to recreate Mrs. Trump’s distinctive speaking voice.

The audiobook is available exclusively through the ElevenReader app and on MelaniaTrump.com for $25. In promotional materials, Mrs. Trump described the project as “the future of publishing” and highlighted her role in pioneering “a new era in publishing.” The AI audiobook runs seven hours long, offering listeners an extensive narrative experience.

ElevenLabs AI worked closely with Mrs. Trump to create an accurate digital version of her voice. Mati Staniszewski, CEO of ElevenLabs AI, expressed excitement about the partnership. The company has become a popular choice for authors and publishers looking to convert written work to audio.

The collaborative process between ElevenLabs and Mrs. Trump delivered a precise voice replica, advancing the audiobook industry’s digital frontier.

The AI-narrated audiobook is currently available in English, with plans to release versions in Spanish, Portuguese, and Hindi soon. Promotional billboard campaigns will run for one month in major cities including Times Square, New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. Additional language versions are expected in fall 2025. This multilingual approach aims to make Mrs. Trump’s story accessible to a global audience.

The original printed memoir, titled “Melania,” was released in October 2024 and quickly became a #1 New York Times Best Seller. The book chronicles Mrs. Trump’s journey from socialist Slovenia to becoming First Lady of the United States.

A promotional video for the audiobook features the AI voice saying, “My story, my perspective, the truth.” The marketing emphasizes the innovative nature of using AI voice technology in publishing.

ElevenLabs specializes in creating realistic speech with thousands of voice options across 32 languages. Their ElevenReader app works on iOS, Android, and web platforms.
